I purchased my bayou 160 in 2005 at academy sports. i run a 3.3 merc on this boat. it's now 2018 and this boat is still in awesome shape. the only problem i had. one of the kids decided to fill it with water on trailer. it split the seats from the gunwales. i made stainless angle plates to reattach. I just returned from what i can only describe as a trip of a lifetime, sailing from valdez, ak to whittier, ak. i just wanted to express my thanks for designing such a great and expedition worthy boat..
